DigiTransact Mastermind ("the Platform") is an educational practice platform operated by DigiTransact AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. The Service

The Platform provides interactive practice questions, SmartScore progress tracking, badges and leaderboards across subjects spanning Kindergarten to university level. Content is provided for educational and practice purposes and may be updated, expanded or modified at any time.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including practice questions, explanations, curriculum structure, design, logos and software — is the property of DigiTransact AI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for your own learning. No other rights are granted.

6. Educational Disclaimer

The Platform is a practice and revision aid. While our content is aligned with recognised curricula, it is not a substitute for formal instruction, official syllabuses or examination bodies. We do not guarantee any particular academic outcome or examination result.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, including adding or removing subjects, skills or features.

8. Limitation of Liability
