We have not published any success stories, because none has yet been through verification and written consent. This page is the template and the rules instead, so you can see exactly what we would need before any result appeared here.

Nothing on this page is a claim about results
DigiTransact Mastermind publishes no testimonials, no case studies, no partner schools and no outcome figures at present. We have chosen not to fill this page with plausible-sounding examples. When a real story is verified and consented to, it will appear below with the date it was checked and the name of whoever confirmed the figures.
Published stories
There are currently no verified success stories. This section will list them once the first is confirmed. Until then, treat the absence of stories here as the honest position: the platform is young and we have no outcome evidence we are willing to stand behind.
If you teach with the platform or use it at home and something measurable changed, we would like to hear about it — including if nothing changed. Negative reports are more useful to us than silence.
Success story template
Every story we publish will use the same structure, whether it comes from a head teacher, a class teacher or a parent. Fields that cannot be completed stay visibly blank rather than being filled with an estimate.

How a story gets verified
- You send it. Use the form below, or write to us. A rough account is fine at this stage — we will come back with questions.
- We ask for the evidence. Whatever the school or family already has: mark sheets, mock results, attendance or usage records, a termly report. We do not ask for anything a school would not already hold.
- We check the arithmetic and the units. Same instrument at both ends, same cohort, same units. If the comparison does not hold, we say so and either reframe the story or drop the figure.
- We record what else changed. Anything else that happened in the same period goes into the published story. We will not present a correlation as a cause.
- You approve the wording. Nothing is published until the person named in the story has read the final text and confirmed it in writing.
- It is dated and signed. The published page carries the date it was verified, who verified it, and the date consent was given.
Consent, privacy and withdrawal
- Nothing is published without written consent from a named adult with authority to give it.
- Learners are not named or photographed. Where a story is about a particular child, it runs anonymously unless a parent or guardian asks otherwise in writing.
- A school may be named, described without being named, or kept out entirely. That choice is the school’s, not ours.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to us. We take the story down rather than argue about it, and we do not need a reason.
- We do not pay for stories, and we do not offer discounts or free access in exchange for one. A paid testimonial is an advertisement, and it would have to be labelled as one.
Our handling of any personal information you send is covered by the privacy policy.
What we will never write
- Composite stories assembled from several schools and presented as one.
- Illustrative examples worded to read like real accounts.
- Percentage improvements without the starting point, the instrument and the period.
- Any suggestion that using the platform guarantees a grade or an examination result.
- Endorsements from an examining body, a ministry or a school that has not given one.
Questions about success stories
Does DigiTransact Mastermind have published success stories?
Not yet. No school or learner story has been through our verification and consent process, so there is nothing to publish. Rather than fill the space with invented quotes, we have published the template and the rules a story has to satisfy before it appears.
What evidence do you need before publishing a result?
A stated starting point, a stated end point, how the change was measured, over what period, and who at the school or in the family is confirming it. A figure we cannot trace back to something the school actually recorded does not go on the site.
Will you name my school or my child?
Only if you tell us in writing that we may. You can ask for a story to run with the school named and the learners anonymous, with everything anonymised, or not at all. You can withdraw consent later and we will take the page down.
