Content correction process
Much of the material here is AI-drafted and has not yet been checked by a subject specialist, so reader reports are the main way errors are found. Reporting one takes a minute and fixes the page for everyone who comes after you.

What counts as worth reporting
- A practice question with a wrong marked answer, or with more than one defensible answer.
- An explanation that is factually wrong, or that uses a method not taught at that level.
- A curriculum or examination reference that no longer matches the current syllabus.
- Anything on the site that reads as a claim we should not be making.
- Spelling, units, currency or terminology that is wrong for a Ghanaian classroom.
What happens after you report it
- Logged. Your report reaches the editorial team directly. We keep the page reference, what you told us and your reply address.
- Acknowledged. We aim to reply within three working days to confirm we have it, even if we have not finished checking.
- Checked against the source. Curriculum points are checked against the syllabus document. Subject points are checked against the material the question was built from. Platform figures are checked against the database.
- Fixed, reworded or explained. If it is wrong, we correct it. If it is right but reads as wrong, we reword it. If it stands, we tell you what we checked and why.
- Dated. The page’s last updated date moves when the text changes, so anyone can see the page is not the version you reported.
- Traced. If a report exposes a systematic fault rather than a one-off, we look for every page produced the same way and re-check those too.
Things we treat as urgent
Anything that could teach a learner something false, or that could mislead a class preparing for an examination, is handled ahead of everything else. Where we cannot verify a fix quickly, we would rather pull the content than leave a doubtful answer live.
What we cannot do
- We cannot mark, grade or check a learner’s homework through this form.
- We cannot confirm what will be on an examination paper. Nobody outside the examining body can.
- We cannot correct third-party courses in the free courses catalogue — those belong to their publishers — but tell us and we will review whether the listing should stay.

Questions people ask about corrections
How do I report a mistake on DigiTransact Mastermind?
Use the correction form on the corrections page. Tell us which page it is on, quote the sentence or question, say what is wrong with it and, if you can, what the correct version should be. No account is needed.
How quickly are corrections handled?
We aim to acknowledge a report within three working days and to resolve it within ten. Anything that could teach a learner something false is treated as urgent and taken down or fixed as soon as we have checked it.
What happens if you decide the content was right?
We reply and explain why it stands, citing what we checked against. Being told we are wrong is useful even when we are not, because a page that reads as wrong to a teacher usually needs rewording.
