Common mistakes to avoid

Forgetting to multiply a decimal by 100 when finding a percentage.
Leaving fractions unsimplified after changing from a percentage.
Writing the percent sign with a decimal instead of the whole number form.
Mixing up 1/4 and 1/25 when changing between fraction and percentage.
